Interpretation

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Request for Refund
Orders placed for collection:
No refund is available once it leaves the studio.
Orders placed for delivery:
The deadline for demanding a refund of an order is 24 hours from the date on which You received the Goods.
In order to exercise Your right for a refund, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement and valid argument for your request. You can inform us of your request by:

After reviewing and approval of Your request, We will reimburse You no later than 2 business days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will send you a credit note for the same value of your purchase, and the credit note can be used at any time of You choosing. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Refund
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last day.
- The Goods are in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse refund of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning of delivered Good
Upon approved refunds, We will collect the order from the same address that was specified for delivery, within 24 hours.
